·       An acoustic guitar in good working order, strung with good strings

·       A guitar strap and several guitar flat picks

·       An electronic guitar tuner

·       A folder & paper for taking notes

·       Guitar case for traveling with your instrument

·       A recording device like an iPhone to record sections of the class
